Monthly Membership Options (Youth & High School)

MPIRE Basketball Club offers structured monthly memberships designed to provide consistency, accountability, and high-level development. All memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless otherwise stated.

All packages include any open runs scheduled during the month.

HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION (15U–17U & Unsigned Seniors)

1. High School Team Package – Practices

Includes:

  • Weekly team practices

  • Structured development sessions

  • Offensive/defensive concepts

  • Live play and situational reps

  • All scheduled open runs

Designed for rostered high school athletes focused on team development and competitive readiness.

2. High School Team + Small Group Sessions

Includes:

  • Weekly team practices

  • One small group session per week

  • All scheduled open runs

Small groups (6–8 athletes) are position- and skill-specific and emphasize:

  • High-repetition skill refinement

  • Game-speed reads and decision-making

  • Competitive live reps

  • Individualized correction

This package is recommended for athletes serious about maximizing growth and preparing for varsity and collegiate-level expectations.

3. High School Sibling Package

Includes:

  • Team Package (practices + open runs) for two siblings

Both athletes must be actively rostered high school players.

4. High School Sibling Package + Small Group Sessions

Includes:

  • Team practices for both siblings

  • One small group session per week for each sibling

  • All scheduled open runs

Each sibling may be assigned to different small groups based on development needs.

YOUTH DIVISION (9U–14U)

1. Team Package (Youth)

Includes:

  • Weekly team practices

  • Development-based instruction

  • All scheduled open runs

Focus areas include:

  • Fundamental skill development

  • Basketball IQ

  • Competitive habits

  • Team concepts

2. Elite Package (Youth)

Includes:

  • Weekly team practices

  • One additional development session per week

  • All scheduled open runs

The additional session focuses on:

  • Skill acceleration

  • Repetition volume

  • Situational training

  • Confidence building

3. Sibling Package (Youth)

Includes:

  • Team Package (practices + open runs) for two siblings

Both athletes must be enrolled within the youth division.

4. Practice Player (Non-Rostered Athlete)

Includes:

  • Weekly team practices

  • All scheduled open runs

This option is for athletes who:

  • Are not currently rostered for tournament play

  • Are developing toward future team placement

  • Want structured practice reps without game commitment

Practice Players are not guaranteed tournament participation or roster elevation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Monthly Commitment & Billing

  • Memberships are billed monthly based on the subscription start date.

  • Billing renews automatically each month unless canceled in writing prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Once a monthly payment is processed, it is non-refundable for that billing period.

2. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds or prorated credits are issued for:

    • Missed practices

    • Missed small groups

    • Missed open runs

    • Schedule conflicts

    • Voluntary withdrawal mid-month

Roster spots, gym space, and staffing are allocated based on active membership.

3. Attendance Expectations

  • Athletes are expected to attend scheduled sessions consistently.

  • Small group sessions are assigned and may not be interchangeable without approval.

  • Open runs are supplemental and scheduled at program discretion.

Missed sessions are not guaranteed make-ups.

4. Injury Policy

  • If an athlete is unable to participate for 30+ consecutive days due to verified injury:

    • A temporary pause may be considered at the discretion of the program.

    • Medical documentation may be required.

    • Pause approvals do not guarantee roster status upon return.

5. Roster & Playing Time (Rostered Players)

  • Team membership does not guarantee playing time.

  • Tournament participation is separate from monthly training membership unless explicitly stated.

  • Coaches maintain discretion over roster decisions and playing time allocation.

6. Open Run Disclaimer

Open runs:

  • Are included when scheduled.

  • Are not guaranteed weekly.

  • May vary based on gym availability and calendar.

7. Code of Conduct

All athletes must demonstrate:

  • Coachability

  • Effort

  • Respect for teammates, coaches, officials, and facilities

  • Positive representation of MPIRE Basketball Club

Failure to meet standards may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

8. Program Modifications

MPIRE Basketball Club reserves the right to:

  • Adjust schedules

  • Reassign small groups

  • Modify session formats

  • Adjust open run frequency

Adjustments may occur due to facility access, staffing, or developmental planning.

9. Acknowledgment

Enrollment and payment confirm:

  • Agreement to monthly billing terms

  • Acceptance of the no-refund policy

  • Understanding of attendance expectations

  • Commitment to uphold program standards

***All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and not an event basis. This means workouts, practices, games, and other team events that are missed throughout the month cannot be made up or rolled over to the next month. This is done to set clear guidelines on scheduling and simplify the billing cycle. Thanks for understanding.
