Separation Summer Clinics

Separation Summer Clinics is an 10-week elite basketball development program built for athletes serious about taking a real step forward this summer. This is not a typical camp or random set of workouts — every week is intentionally structured to improve strength, speed, conditioning, mobility, confidence, and on-court performance.

Athletes will train Monday through Friday in a progressive system designed to create measurable growth physically, mentally, and skill-wise.

The Program Includes:

  • Strength & explosion training

  • Beach resistance and conditioning work

  • Hill speed and power development

  • Mobility, recovery, and injury prevention

  • 3+ hours of on-court basketball training Monday–Thursday

Players will be challenged through high-level skill work, game-speed decision making, competitive live reps, and performance-focused off-court training designed specifically for basketball athletes.

With only 15 athletes allowed per group, every player receives real coaching, detailed attention, and a high-repetition environment built for development.

Monday–Friday

Off-Court Training:
10:45 AM – 11:45 AM at Four Hundred Fitness

On-Court Training:
1:00 PM – 3:30/4:00 PM

Monday and Wednesday sessions may utilize St. Michael’s & All Angels Church and/or Momentous Sports Center, while Tuesday and Thursday sessions will be held at Trinity United Presbyterian Church.
