M-PACT Summer Skills Clinics
M-PACT Summer Skills Clinics are built for athletes who want more than just drills and workouts — this is a high-level skill development experience designed to create real game improvement through intentional reps, competitive environments, and daily skill immersion.
Each clinic day is centered around a specific basketball focus to help athletes build habits that directly translate to live game situations. Players won’t just “practice moves” — they’ll learn how and when to use them under pressure, at game speed, and with purpose.
Every session follows a structured development format:
🔥 Daily Structure
Each day includes:
Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Prep
Footwork activation, mobility work, coordination, balance, reaction training, and body preparation to get athletes moving efficiently and explosively.Skill Deep Dive & High Repetition Training
Athletes are immersed into detailed breakdown work with intense reps focused on mechanics, timing, reads, decision making, and creating game habits that stick.Game Translation Drills
Players apply skills in realistic actions, scenarios, and decision-making situations designed to mirror actual game environments.Live Play & Competitive Reps
Controlled live play, small-sided games, advantage situations, and competitive breakdowns tailored specifically around the day’s skill focus.
🏀 Weekly Skill Focuses
Monday — Ball Handling & Creation
Focus on control, pace, shifts, separation moves, pressure handling, and creating advantages off the dribble.
Athletes will learn:
Change of speed & direction
Counters and reactions
Protecting the ball under pressure
Creating space for attacks
Tuesday — Shooting Mechanics & Shot Creation
Detailed shooting work designed to improve mechanics, footwork, rhythm, confidence, and game-speed shot making.
Focus areas include:
Proper shooting form
Footwork into shots
Catch-and-shoot reps
Off-the-dribble shooting
Game-speed shooting decisions
Wednesday — Finishing & Rim Pressure
Athletes learn how to attack the basket with confidence, body control, creativity, and toughness.
Players will work on:
Finishing through contact
Footwork around defenders
Floaters and touch finishes
Extension finishes
Reading rim protectors
Thursday — Basketball IQ, Reads & Live Decision Making
Everything comes together through guided live play, competitive games, situational breakdowns, and accountability.
Athletes are challenged to:
Apply weekly concepts
Compete with purpose
Communicate
Make reads at full speed
Build confidence through execution
