Tournament Fee – Description & Terms
This tournament fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment required to secure your athlete’s participation in the scheduled event.
Each tournament fee is a custom price, determined based on factors such as tournament entry costs, location, travel considerations, and overall team expenses. Tournament costs are then split evenly among all participating players.
Fees include:
Tournament entry fees
Coaching and staff expenses during the event
By submitting payment, you are confirming your athlete’s commitment to the tournament. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to player withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, injury, or reduced playing time.
If a player is unable to attend after payment is made, their portion of the tournament costs remains allocated to the team and will not be redistributed or credited.
This structure allows us to fairly distribute expenses and properly plan for each tournament while maintaining accountability across the team.
